About BlueStacks

Editors Review
There aren't that many Android app emulators on the market right now, and BlueStacks is just about the best of them. With innovative multitasking features, support for integration with Google and other accounts, additional features like App Cast, and most importantly great performance and stability with everything from productivity apps to 3D games, BlueStacks is the way to go for running Android apps on PC.
BlueStacks is a free Android emulator that allows you to run Android apps on Windows and Mac OS.

BlueStacks features a high-speed emulation engine known as LayerCake, that includes both the ARM to x86 interpreter that enables apps to run, and a hardware acceleration layer that makes it possible to run even graphically intensive 3D Android games. Through LayerCake, BlueStacks allows you to run any Android app fluently if you have even just a barely decent computer.

BlueStacks has Google account and Play Store integration just like a regular Android tablet or smartphone, and also allows the installation of apps from third-party stores as well as via APKs. It also features integration with social networking apps like Facebook and Twitter.

The latest version, BlueStacks comes with a whole host of new features, the most interesting of which is multitasking with Android, which lets you run multiple Android apps in a tabbed interface. It also features brand-new Welcome and Android tabs, which show you the most popular apps being used around the world, and lets you install them on your computer.
